Discussed with Debasmita to run 2 versions PEG_FUSION_0 (median predicted weather input, direct modeling of sd) and PEG_FUSION_1 (ensemble of 30 weather inputs, calculated sd). Currently, the code runs PEG_FUSION_1 but needs to be separated out. The code should be updated to include both sets of outputs and uploads, but requires some thought on how to run (modularize in separate scripts, or run together with additional renaming?).

Welsch is currently down for me, so writing follow up task
