Followup to #80

[x] In Welsch, update code to submit both single weather and ensemble weather versions
[x] Update code on efi server, test
[x] Check successful submissions
[x] Ask Kristina to modify cronjob

Also, daymetr now includes 2021 data. Provide all weather variables + gdd through 2021 to Debasmita.

Tested with my account, used crontab -e to create job. Still need to check if submitting automatically.
