Run JAGS model and provision results to PEG collaborators

• [x] Update function to only account for some of the gelman diagnostics (disregard the tau.*.eps)
• [x] Format data for upload to the terraref repo; include posterior medians and 95% CI, also R2 for each genotype
• [x] JAGS logistic function runs on Welsch for the entire MAC season 6 data. With Ryan's help, move to his docker container
• [x] Review bnprocess_functional.R; run for mac season 4 and KSU
• [ ] When move completed, run also for MAC season 4 and KSU data, provision results in tabular format to Ishita et al.

Moved to docker container, thanks to volume help by Julian. bnprocess_functional.R run for season 4 and ksu, but somehow yields very few canopy_heights for season 4, such that the logistic model yields erroneous parameter estimates (e.g., Ymax that is far too high).

Next step is to investigate how/why the processing script removes so many data points for season 4 (at least compared to season 6).
