Meet with Ryan, Kent, and other researchers to discuss blockers (traits vs. covariates, table format required for TASSEL) and what is needed to move forward with GWAS, linked to Issue #25.

Update from conference call on Friday, 2-7-2020: Kent will meet with Pankaj and run TASSEL to perform the GWAS and will push the results to CyVerse Data Commons. Closing this issue because Ryan will not be running the GWAS.
