Due to some cultivars being present in the hapmap file but having no available trait data, create look up table of all cultivars with associated trait data.

Concerns about having different cultivars in different seasons and hapmap file were resolved during the last fortnightly meeting on 2-7-20 and with updated betydb data / permission changes.
