Need to clarify in datasets and metadata:

dates
timezones
hand measurements vs gantry measurements
gdd values, calculations, and dates used

Currently working on providing new datasets of phenotypes with updated / additional data from betydb, which will also include experiment and method labels that could lead to outliers (as identified by @rbartelme). Will upload updated datasets to CyVerse.

Working on automating script / notebooks for reproducible data cleaning pipeline and generating metadata which is required for UA data repository #38. May need clarification on why data are different when time zone conversion added with R lubridate package.

This will need to be broken down into smaller tasks as we prepare derived datasets for publishing.

The UA Data Repo will have a limited metadata form, but our goal is to also have more comprehensive metadata using EML as referenced in issue #37
Also working on ontology annotations (issues #45 and #46)
Which derived datasets (specific traits, weather data?) do we want to initially deposit?
The code published with the data should include a script with every step starting with querying the database, new issue #47
