Discuss different methods of canopy height measurements with @rossarun and @ishitadebnath and provide new dataset with measurements labeled as hand-measured or gantry-measured.

Currently working on providing new datasets #33 with updated betydb data, including any labels that researchers need to identify outliers or other influential factors such as water-deficit stress or different methods of measurement for one trait.
