As a follow up to #21 and meeting with Ramona, possibly meet with @diatomsRcool and/or @jaiswalp to discuss methods and subclasses (i.e. end of season plant height as a subclass of plant height) and decide on next steps.

I've converted the spreadsheet to a .json file, now containing permanent urls for trait ontology terms (termId) and crop ontology terms (coPermalink), where available. The file can be found in my forked repo. Currently awaiting feedback from collaborators.
