This PR contains

• an updated README with more information about the GenoPhenoEnvo project
• instructions on how to access and deploy the CyVerse VICE Data Cleaning apps
• notebooks used for data cleaning
• trait ontologies in .json file
• test notebook & data for binder button (in progress)

All trait data were originally obtained using this terra-ref tutorial
