Add Clemson (Brenton 2016) sorghum cultivars to cultivar list

Goal

• To make it easy for collaborators to quickly compare cultivars across seasons (i.e. which cultivars were present in both MAC Season 6 and Clemson 2014 experiments?)

Tasks to complete for this ticket

• [x] Update boolean dataset to add a column for Clemson cultivars
• [x] Add a final column with summary of points to show how many seasons in which a cultivar was planted and if it has genomics data available (i.e. if a cultivar is present in both MAC Season 6, Clemson 2014, and also has genomics data available, the final column total would be 3)
