Desired outcome: make ontology terms available on BrAPI

Tasks

[x] submit pull request with the ontology terms in a file contrib/ontologies.json
[x] Become familiar with BrAPI
- [x] follow instructions in README to deploy development environment using docker + PyCharm
- [x] Go through David's workflow from his demo
[ ] review api/observationunits.py and figure out how to read in ontologies.json and ammend the results with these terms.
- ask David if / when you get stuck
- Work with @KristinaRiemer if needed / she's available

Have connected to BrAPI using PyCharm and talked to David about exact steps to take to complete this task. Due to higher priority tickets blocking the work of others and a short week, this is being moved to next Sprint.
