Follow-up action items after collaborators review new data products

Desired outcome: continue communicating regularly with collaborators and incorporating their feedback into my work

Placeholder ticket for follow-up actions requested by collaborators as tickets #76, #71, and #70 are finished.

Tasks Completed

• per David's request, changed soil data to tall format with all seven bands (derived dataset on GitHub and Google Drive)
• Added drought treatments to Season 4 weather data as addressed in issues #85 and #87

• [ ] Some columns in derived datasets from season 4 seemed to be misaligned - can work on this concurrently with Issue #85

The TODO item of addressing misaligned columns will be moved to the next Sprint as addressed in Issue #85, along with adding blocking information, filling NA values, and committing the updated Season 4 cleaning notebook.
