As described in Issue #83, the branch used for updating the README, processing notebook, and derived dataset still needs to be reviewed after submitting a PR using the new template.

Should probably clean up repetitive code in notebook with functions before creating a PR.

Removing milestone and point estimate from this ticket because the code needs to be refactored before a PR is made. New ticket to address this issue #90
