Skype version different than Skype web site #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install latest version of Skype.
2. From AppSnap, select the Upgradeable option.

What is the expected output?
Skype is up to date (not present).

What do you see instead?
Skype is present saying the latest version is 4.0.0.169 and that the 
installed version is 3.8.0.180.  Attempts to upgrade simply install the 
same version over again (v3.8 on the about dialog box).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Running on Windows Vista Ultimate SP1.

Whoops, AppSnap was detecting the 4.0 beta but was downloading the 3.8 stable 
version. I've fixed the detection portion. This should work correctly now.
