What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loaded Appsnap and selected installed
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Showed programs that were not installed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.33

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried reinstalling Appsnap to no avail

Can you specify which programs were being incorrectly detected as installed? You
could clear %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\AppSnap\installed.ini of those 
entries
to see if the issue goes away.

It is not a particular program that it being incorrectly, but many programs.

I do not have a installed.ini file in that folder.
All I have is a cache folder with a db.ini file in it.
Also I get a "download fail" eror when I hit the update button, which may be 
the root
cause of the problem.  I tried disabling my firewall to no avail.
