Appsnap fails to install Roboform or see it when manually installed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install ROboform - it fails
2. install manually
3. check version of installed program - fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expectto be able to install and upgrade

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
appsnap 1.3.3
Windows 7 64 bit
