Unable to download vim #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for vim
2. Select checkbox
3. Click install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation of vim.  Instead I get a "Failed to connect" warning. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Appsnap 1.3.3 on Windows XP Professional

Please provide any additional information below.
