2. Click download or install
3. Watch download fail

What is the expected output?
Successful downloads.

What do you see instead?
Failed downloads.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3 x86, AppSnap v1.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.
AppSnap is an exception in Windows Firewall. No proxy is set up.
