What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Ditto
2. Select Upgrade
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ditto uninstalled but did not install the new version.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.3.2   Windows XP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.

The Ditto application entry was broken. This has been fixed. Please update 
AppSnap to
avail of this change.
