curl allow self-signed certificates (like self-hosted GitLabs, home servers, lan servers, etc).
Bump regex dependency to up to date version.
Improve const sourcePath.

Really just need to fix/comment out some of the wrappers so that this starts working again. Meanwhile, I'm also migrating wrappers to nimterop but it is taking a long time. Any help appreciated.
