Clean tests - Githubissues

This PR correct some minor issues in tests:

SFTP tests were using the FTPS protocol
correct the set up of banks properties: some were copied twice, some were adapted to the test dir while it is useless and some were not adapted while it is needed (note that this doesn't affect the tests since most banks are not used during test)
remove some tests of biomaj_core functionnality
