Since we have this annually exercice, it should be great to have a dedicated page with some pre-computed indictors :

[ ] Nombre total d'usagers actifs
[ ] Nombre de nouveaux comptes utilisateur ouverts
[ ] Nombre de nouveaux espaces-projets partagés ouverts
[ ] Nombre total d'espaces-projets actifs

[ ] For the last year from 01-01 to 12-31
[ ] For a sliding windows of 12 mouths

Except if you already have this kind of solution somewhere

what do you mean by "actif" ?

and when project is deleted, it is "really" deleted, so cannot get past info (when was created/deleted etc...) so maybe projects should only be tagged as deleted and not removed from db in this case

I think Creation Date can be get from ldap db to update users and projects collection in mongo
