added version 3.0 talent books and pictures #194

Changes

Added all talent books and relevant info to the assets\data/materials/talent-book/en.json file
Added images for the 3 variations of each of the 3 new talent books (9 images total) to the assets\data\images\materials\talent-book directory

Reason For Change

The following Talent Books were added in V3.0:
