Added attribute-scaling for Albedo, Alhaitham, Aloy, and Tighnari #289

I noticed the upgrades for skill talents only listed the level 1 values for each skill talent which defeats the purpose of an upgrade. The new attribute-scaling includes values for all levels of that skill talent in a string and separated by spaces. If it's static, then it's just one number with no spaces.
