Add star optimiser #10

  1. Add a tool in the tools directory which calculates the optimum play for both ls and ds using only deployment based off of guild gp.

  2. Link/interface this tool with the main screen.

This seems impractical to work out mathematically. However a feature where someone can submit their guilds strategy vs GP, n/o Negotiators, n/o GAS, fleet GP and char GP, may be a lot easier to implement.

A system of moderation will be required, as well as the ability to upvote/downvote and say "We do this strat too!".

Upvote downvote may be too messy with login for now. Might just add a "report this" button instead. Also add a verified column linking to images of the number of stars achieved and the GP.

I like the information that is available for all the guilds on gorgatron1.github.io . Don't think there is much point us doing anything like that here as well.
