Add youtube links #11

Add youtube links to teams for lstb.

Probably easiest to do so using bitly (or other link shortener) to the team name and have multiple of the same team for different missions.

That way any team that we put as a recommendation will have video evidence to support.

For multiple videos, we could shorten a link to a google drive doc/playlist containing a list of videos.
