Add login capabilities #16

Add login capabilities so that guilds can customize each node for teams and who puts what toon in platoons.

Perhaps the easiest way to do this is to create some sort of read-in functionality that can input a .txt file and change the recommended teams to the ones specified in the txt file.

Also could add a new column to the table of platoons with the names of the users that are required to place the toons there?
