Duplicate Character on Node #36

As pointed out by someone on the squad suggestion form (many thanks!) there is an issue on LS phase 2 middle where ahsoka (snips) is required for both the Gas and snips mission and the GR mission. Also as pointed out, we could use an alternative padme squad (I like to use Barriss Offee in my padme squad) or also suggest Shaak ti and 501st. For now I will implement both but some validation of these changes will be needed once we get into phase 2 in the next few days.
