contents of file not refreshed #369

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount a remote sshfs directory using Macfusion
2. Create a file (say test.txt) using TextEdit and save it on the mounted 
directory
2. Externally ssh to the remote directory and edit the file, save and close.
3. Open Finder and navigate to the remote directory.
4. Open the file (test.txt)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the changes to be reflected.
Instead, I see the original file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Macfusion 2.0.2
            MacFuse 1.7 on
            Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard on Intel)

Please provide any additional information below.

Also, next major release of MacFUSE will have some architectural changes to 
help file systems do this "refreshing"  
that end users expect.
