SBML Import does not work #23

It seems like the code in SBML is not supported for newer MATLAB versions. I get several errors while trying to process my SBML file, for example, the error

Error using sym>convertChar Character vectors and strings in the first argument can only specify a variable or number. To evaluate character vectors and strings representing symbolic expressions, use 'str2sym'.

Which is not supported since MATLAB 2017. Even by commenting these lines to check for time-dependet initial assignments, the processing still does not take place.
