Automatically create dedicated role for users #198

Description

A role should automatically be created for each user. This role could be hidden from the API. This would enable user specific permissions to elements.

Related to #48

When working with users with nodeReferences this would be very helpful. A user should have permission to change his own data. This does include the default data like firstname, lastname, password. Also the referenced node shoud be editable.
