At the moment it's hard to tell if all plugins are successfully deployed when mesh ist started.
The only information is GET /admin/plugins/ where you get all deployed plugins (totalCount).
If there is an error on plugin startup, it's just missing in this list.
Maybe there is a better solution, so a monitoring tool can decide if everything works fine
