It should be possible to POST NDJSON which contains multiple nodes/tags/users.. in order to update/create these elements in a single batch.

Tasks

Generate a single SQB for all affected elements
Check whether it would be possible to run the request in a single transaction to save costly IO flushes.
Add new routes which consume NDJSON.
