It's currently not possible to change the base-path of the mesh installation in the new UI.
This makes it impossible to use when mesh is served under a sub-directory.
Example: https://my-domain.com/mesh/api/v2 would not work, as the UI always goes for /api/v2.
The old UI supports that setting in apiUrl.
