Kerberos PAC Updates for Nov9 Updates #379

Added the new PAC_REQUESTOR and PAC_ATTRIBUTES_INFO structures to the Kerberos PAC

Also added the original (Not the Nov21 Updated version) of UPN_DNS_INFO structure to the PAC during troubleshooting. I do not believe this is required for Mimikatz but thought I'd leave this in.
