Here is the code I've written to compute spike train topologies.

First, I'm not not 100% sure this should go here instead of a repo dedicated to your topology analyses.

If we do bring it in here, there are a few changes that should be made.

I prefer using entry_points to deploy scripts
in your script, you manually tweak the path with sys.path to your hard-coded repo location. this isn't really deployable and shouldn't be necessary
