add more sample data to cube #4

wanted:

at least one block of sorted data from an acute recording block

put it on cube under ephys-example-data

OK, I updated the README.

Note: by adding "#4" somewhere in the commit message, that makes the commit pop up here under the issue. Isn't that amazing!?
