Not ready to merge into master yet, but this is a start.

Currently transfers raw data into the kwd file, but attributes are missing.

Coverage decreased (-3.3%) to 17.525% when pulling f03f93f359b03438527efd0720823cbf2de1f647 on openephys2kwd into 355012ae3129d9a3b71138459dfc13b6eb46a8a4 on master.
