Hello,

My personal site is HTTP-only, and is pointed to by a few packages (goatee in the main tree, hoppy and qtah* in my overlay). May I please add my site to the HTTP blacklist so that the URL doesn't get rewritten to HTTPS?

May I ask why you can't set up HTTPS for your server? There are free options available for getting a valid SSL certificate, for instance app-crypt/certbot from Let's Encrypt. We can provide assistance if you need help setting this up.
