dev-dotnet/newtonsoft-json-testdev-pkg-config does not exist. #404

When installing dev-dotnet/newtonsoft-json with pkg-config use flag, it tries to pull in dev-dotnet/newtonsoft-json-testdev-pkg-config, which does not exist.

I have added a /etc/portage/package.use override and am proceeding without it and everything seems ok so far.

It hasn't caused me any problems, and I can't find any record that dev-dotnet/newtonsoft-json-testdev-pkg-config ever existed. I can close this, or submit a PR which strips the pkg-config use flag from dev-dotnet/newtonsoft-json. Or both.
