The dotnetcore-sdk-bin package now uses slots for different major
versions. These can be installed parallel, the shared files between
these are provided by the new dotnetcore-sdk-bin-common package.
The non-slotted versions are removed to avoid confusion.
I'm not sure about what this PR should do about the old non-slotted package versions.
They're mostly outdated, so I thought probably the best idea is to delete them.
If you don't like that, I can either create a slotted version for each of those exact versions, or simply keep the existing versions as they were. Installing slotted and non-slotted versions side-by-side will not work though as both would install to /opt/dotnet_core.
