app-editors/visual-studio-code-1.54.2 can not be merged any more since the URL is no more valid:

The same is true for the 1.54.3 version so it looks like a generic move of URL.
Found the new links: https://update.code.visualstudio.com/1.54.3/linux-x64/stable (working, tested, 1.54.2 also working)
