autotools-utils is outdated and is replaced with autotools, i wanted to fix that real quick.

@ngg I saw that you made quite a few commits in the meantime, could you please merge this one as well? As it stands, the mono ebuild will produce errors whenever portage touches it.

Hi! The ebuild still uses autotools-utils_src_prepare and similar functions, I'm pretty sure it won't work this way. Please fix it first (either on this PR or open a new one) and then I'll merge it if you'd like.
