find & replace EAPI="6" with EAPI="7"
find & replace EAPI=6 with EAPI=7
single usage of inherited versionator.eclass removed - inheritance appeared not to be used

This works for me - no more EAPI errors, but I'm a complete n00b wrt ebuilds. Please check my homework.
