Start building -mergedusr variants for all systemd images #136

systemd-255 drops support for non-merged-/usr (see https://www.gentoo.org/support/news-items/2022-12-01-systemd-usrmerge.html).

We need to build -mergedusr variants for all systemd images, and then also stop building the non-mergedusr-ones for systemd.
