remove OpenRC completions #10

OpenRC will provide these completions starting with version 0.35.

Did you mostly copy what was in this repo into openrc? If so, you'll need to copy the license over as well.

I would say no, it is completely reworked. There are multiple completion files and they use the openrc commands more to query information. If you think the files in OpenRC are still too close to what this repo has, let me know how I can make them more unique; I really want all of OpenRC to be bsd-2.
