Update portage-utils completion to match options available in current stable release in tree '=app-portage/portage-utils-0.80'.
All q applets have an updated completion except q and qtegrity because:
q is redundant for calling the individual applets.
qtegrity is advanced kernel IMA verification stuff, which options I don't fully understand.
