sys-devel/gcc::gentoo is pulled into stage3 #342

hey there, I just grabbed a fresh amd64 stage3 to do a bit of testing, and it turned out to have it's sys-devel/gcc pulled in from the maint tree.

this is due to the fact that there's no gcc-9.3.0-r1 in the overlay

so, is this even important if the stage3 builds fine?
