app-backup/snapper: add patch for musl support #445

Snapper 0.9.0 has obsolete Regex.h and Regex.cc files that prevents it to be compiled with musl, so I added a patch to remove them.

Please file a bug with upstream and attached your patch based on their requirements, once it is landed with them will add to musl overlay.
