I'm reluctant to include portage-utils, gentoolkit and eselect modules (not eselect itself) here. The rest are reasonable.

Why? I see in random modules that it is pretty common to install packages that are relevant to the functionality the module brings

But, we aren't using anything from gentoolkit and portage-utils. And for eselect modules, there are lots of them, so why handle only some of them here?

I removed them, but I tend to believe that it was better before :P
